Please forgive me, as I don't remember the name of the older gentleman (maybe Dave?) that worked with Adam, as he deserves so much credit. These guys came out and assessed our problem of our AC not kicking on and gave us 3 options with honest estimates of repairs. They were not pushy, answered SO MANY questions, and were willing to work with us anyway possible to meet our needs. We decided to get a whole new unit as ours was really old. Thank goodness we did because just like the guy predicted, our old unit had a large crack in it that was leaking toxic fumes into our home! They installed a new unit, same day, in just a few hours, and had us cooled down to a tolerable temperature before bed! They worked in the grueling heat all day, so that we could sleep in comfort.
